Competition is good.

When tata 1 lack car was unveiled at Delhi Auto show. Hero Honda CEO come to see the car it appreciated that and praised Ratan tata for doing what other said impossible.

He never showed any worry that it will hit their 2 wheelers market. But just said that is a good competition and competition enables you deliver good products and serves the customers better. So they will keep on doing that and will surly achieve their target that they set. At that point it just looked statement.

But when i see BCCI making billion bucks from IPL. Then i realized the true impotence of Competition. BCCI was given competition by ICL. And then only BCCI come to their feets and start doing things to make cricket better and save them self from the ICL. For now they have succeeded and prevented the collapse and made 1 billion USD.

BCCI might have never earned this money. And now domestic players can also make their living from the cricket. which is good for the games. And this all because of competition.

So competition is good but only if you are willing to fight it.
