waqas munir Life is what you make of it - how you see it and what you do with it is all up to you. There's a magical quality about the smallest things in life, from a rose petal to the thudding of the ocean on the shore, that just can't be explained by such mundane concepts as Darwinism or Religion. Like a child I'm in awe of it all and my soul fills with wonder every day as I explore the new things my environment offers up to me, and seek out new places and experiences to discover. It's a choice - I choose to believe in a beautiful happy world, where everything always comes out all right in the end. I believe in love. I believe in life. I believe in myself. It's a good life. I believe the best words I've ever read came from Arundhati Roy when she said, "The only dream worth having is to dream that you will live while you're alive and die only when you're dead," which means: "To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never, to forget."
